Solution:

Add a new clinker depot at sizeΦ50000*42000 with steel whose capacity is 45000 m³ that can keep 60000 tons. It designed with steel coupled with conveyor and dust collector combined with previous ones,which can attain to 76000 tons capacity to guarantee to lengthen 25 days stoppage requirement.


Upgrading benefit analysis:

1, The capacity enlarged which can reduce the stoppage risky at least twice per year.

2,The capacity improved 6000tons which save the waste of kiln stoppage and earn profit of production enlarged.

3,Less investment which can earn back in 22 months

2,Kiln retrofit and modernization.

1, The production of kiln of this line is 2500tons per day established in 2010

2 ,The production is not reliable between 2900 and 3000 tons because of the shortage of design,and the stringency of clinker is only 55MPA

3, Large consumption of coal at rate of 114-116kg/ton which costly a lot

4,Ammonia water consumption is high at rate of 3kg,(emission 260mg/m³)

Retrofit and modernization items:

1,Target in contract.

Production above 3100 t/d

Consumption of coal below 110kg/t-cl

ammonia water consumption less than 3kg when emission 200mg/m³

2,Methods

Lengthen the pipe of decomposing furnace,optimize the air system to reduce the obstruction pressure.

Air input optimized,change the position of third airflow input,replace the burner of decomposing furnace to reduce the emission of NOX.
