1. Construction personnel enter the site
According to the relevant procedures such as the normal entry construction requirements of a factory of Southern Cement Hunan, the safety training of the construction personnel is carried out and the two parties sign the on-site construction safety agreement. The personnel put on labor protection equipment and enter the construction site to work.
2. The old rotor of the powder concentrator is disassembled and lifted out
1. Handle related shutdown and power-off procedures. Because it is a high-altitude operation, the work surface scaffold must be constructed first, and the flange bolts of the air outlet pipe of the powder separator and the gas cutting and separation of the air pipe shall be carried out successively;
2. At the same time, disengage the old cage rotor of the powder separator from the main shaft. Use 4 5 hand chain hoists to fix the rotor symmetrically at four points, remove the 4 fixed support rods of the powder separator, and loosen the bolts of the locking plate at the lower part of the main shaft. Disconnect the rotor from the main shaft, and use a chain hoist to lower the rotor on the ash hopper;
3. Remove the connecting parts of the drive part of the powder separator and the flange bolts of the upper shell, and then use a 50t car crane to lift the drive reducer, motor and support as a whole to the ground;
4. Use a truck crane to hoist the main shaft of the powder concentrator and lay it flat on the ground, waiting to be disassembled to replace the bearing, sealing and other construction operations;

5. Due to site space constraints, a 300t truck crane needs to be used to park at a long distance, and the outlet duct of the powder separator, the upper cover shell and the old cage rotor are respectively lifted out and placed on the ground;

3. Installation of the new cage rotor of the powder concentrator
1. Remove the old rotor coupling flange assembly and install it on the new cage rotor and tighten the flange bolts;
2. Use a car crane to hoist and reset the new cage rotor, top cover shell and air outlet duct of the powder concentrator in sequence;

3. The main shaft of the powder separator is disassembled and all lubricating oil lines are cleaned to ensure smooth flow of all oil lines;
4. Use oil bath to heat the bearings to replace the powder separator bearings, skeleton oil seals and oil seal bushings;
5. The main shaft of the powder concentrator is hoisted in place and connected with the new cage rotor, and the locking plate bolts are tightened according to the standard torque of 490Nm;
6. Due to the deformation and sinking of the top cover shell of the powder concentrator, it is necessary to restore the deformation of the top cover shell, repair welding, support reinforcement, spindle pad height, leveling adjustment, and fixation;

Four, commissioning test and approval
1. Clean and evacuate the powder concentrator. According to the procedure, power the powder concentrator into a single-unit no-load test machine. Carry out a 30%, 60%, and 80% speed test operation for more than half an hour to ensure that the seal is not scratched. The host current, vibration and temperature rise are all normal;
2. Carry out relevant on-site acceptance and signing procedures in accordance with the customer’s construction acceptance standards, ensure that the completion site is clear, and go through the evacuation procedures of construction personnel and maintenance tools.
